  • How to start selling tickets or registering visitors for your event?

    t is very easy to register your event, just send us the following documentation to the email: team@exgticket.io and in a few hours we will be uploading your event to start selling tickets and/or registrations.

    In the case of countries outside of Mexico, the payment processor will be the one to request the identity verification documentation and bank details. To register your event, please fill out the form in the contact section and in a few hours you will begin selling tickets or registering attendees for your event.

    • Legal Power and Articles of Incorporation

    • Proof of Residence no older than 90 days

    • Proof of tax status no older than 90 days

    • Cover of the bank account statement where you want your sales to be deposited with a legible CLABE number (hide economic amounts)

    • INE of the legal representative

    Natural Person:
    • Proof of Residence no older than 90 days

    • Proof of tax status no older than 90 days (if applicable)

    • Cover of the bank account statement where you want your sales to be deposited with a legible CLABE number (hide economic amounts)

  • Information required to register an event

    Name of the event, date, time and location.

    Once you send this information to the email: team@exgticket.io, an executive will contact you to provide more details about the event and to configure the accesses according to your needs.

  • How can I check the progress of my sales in real time?

    Once your event is registered, you will be provided with a user account so that you can access all of your sales reports.

  • I have an event where there is no charge for access, but it is specialized, can I use the platform?

    Of course, we have plans for you to use the platform and control access, register visitors, generate recognitions, etc.

  • When will the amount from sales be deposited to me?

    The amount of your sales will be deposited everyday as follows:

    The first deposit of successfully processed payments will reach you in seven calendar days after activating your event, this amount will be the total money received during your first day of sale.

    For example: If you activate your event on Monday the 1st, what was sold that day will arrive on Monday the 8th, you will receive the sales from Tuesday the 2nd on Tuesday the 9th, you will receive the sales from Wednesday the 3rd on Wednesday the 10th, and so on.

    In the case of weekends, these will be accumulated for Mondays since deposits are only received on business days.

    Keep in mind that if you want it to be charged in convenience stores, payments tend to take time to be reflected, so once confirmed, they will be processed as previously mentioned.

  • How can I upload my sponsors' image to the ticket?

    When you submit your event information, please mention that you would like to upload your sponsors' images to the event and we will gladly provide you with all the details to do so.

  • How can I request the generation of acknowledgments?

    In the event description, mention that you want to send acknowledgements to attendees.

  • How can I obtain acknowledgments with digital signature?

    Let us know how you want your courses or workshops to be credited towards certification and we will gladly set this up so your visitors can achieve the certification you desire. Send us your needs to team@exgticket.io and an executive will help you make your certification event a success.

  • Can my visitors have photo badges?

    Sure! It's very easy, just tell us what you need and we'll be happy to set it up so your visitors have their photo badges.

  • I want to sell tickets during the event, what do I have to do?

    Ask for it and we will gladly provide you with the equipment you need to sell tickets at your box office.

  • What service charge rates apply?

    We are on your side, we know that service charges can make the difference between buying a ticket or not, so we offer you the best rate so that your visitors do not hesitate to buy your tickets. Send us your needs to team@exgticket.io and an executive will inform you of the details according to your project.

  • I want the database of all the attendees at my event,
    what do I have to do?

    You can download your visitors' database yourself from your organizer panel.

  • Dynamic Codes

    If you want this feature to be enabled, please note that your visitors need to have access to data on their smartphone.

  • How do you help make my event sustainable?

    If you wish, we can digitalize the entire ticket purchasing process, visitor registration, accreditations, and recognitions, so that your event requires zero prints for check-in, visitor registration, business appointments, etc.
